With turbulence comes the opportunity to transform our responsiveness to the layers of occurring changes, getting out ahead of the curve.

Preparing for disruption is no longer optional for survival. It is essential to our well-being.

The disruptions & uncertainties from Covid 19 presented many of us with significant challenges. It has been a game-changer in many ways. The events impacting our lives have been vast, pervasive, and impossible to ignore. Collectively, many experienced states of overwhelm, depletion, unpredictability, and threats to their sense of safety and well-being are unprecedented in modern times.

but the slower, yet inexorable disruptions that are occurring with emerging new technologies – in particular, artificial intelligence (AI) and social media – are exerting a far greater impact. As AI grows exponentially, deep learning models are doubling in size on average every three months now, limiting our ability to keep up with it in comparison, as to make wide-scale disruption in our lives and work, the new normal. Imagine the equivalent of COVID-19 level change every year.

Navigating change is happening at an accelerated pace. Folks are seeking direction and support to stay balanced and move forward skillfully. We are all learning to navigate, manage, and adjust to occurring changes taking place. Essentially, to live in change. There is no “going back” or “getting back” to normal.

Coaching can serve as a catalyst for CLARITY, FOCUS & INSIGHTS, rather than another trip around the merry-go-round.
